Free size exchanges and 30-day returns
Wrong size? We'll cover the shipping on your new pair. All you need to do is post the old ones back. You can also return unworn, full-price pairs for a refund within 30 days of receiving them.

Delivery times are estimates. Orders of more than two pairs may ship separately, and Easter and Christmas can add up to 14 days.

How to return or exchange

Try your shoes on indoors, on carpet. We can't accept pairs that have been worn outside or damaged.

This is a postal address only, so returns need to be mailed. You pay the postage to send returns and exchanges back to us, and we cover the shipping on your new pair. We refund to your original payment method within four working days of your return arriving. If we can't offer the exchange you want, we'll refund you in full.

Our 30-day returns don't cover sale items, but you can still cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, as the law allows.

Faulty pairs

We check every pair before it leaves us, but faults can happen. Get in touch and we'll repair any manufacturing fault at our cost. If a repair isn't possible, we'll offer a new pair, store credit or a full refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act.
