Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and costs

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: free. Usually 1 to 3 working days.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.

You choose your delivery option at checkout, and the cost is shown before you pay. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Good to know

Delivery times are estimates. Orders of more than two pairs may ship separately, and busy periods like Easter and Christmas can add up to 14 days.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at info@collectivecanvas.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
